How To Copy A Document In Pages



With PDF Studio you can use the page thumbnails in the thumbnails pane to copy or move pages within a PDF document or between different PDF documents.

When you drag a page thumbnail in the page thumbnails pane, a bar appears between other page thumbnails, indicating the position in which the page will be moved to.

Use the mouse to select thumbnail page(s) from the thumbnail pane and then:

If you want to either copy or move some pages within your PDF document, you should use page thumbnails, which are available in the 'Navigation' pane or the 'Document' area. Moving/copying a page within a PDF document, using page thumbnails Start with launching Adobe Acrobat and open your PDF document. Click the View All Pages button at the top of the screen. PasteRight click (Mac: Ctrl+Click) or use keyboard shortcuts to paste the copied or cut pages in the same document.

Copy page with header and footer to a new Word document

To copy a page with its page header and footer together in from source document, and then paste into a new Word document. Please do as follows:

1. Open the source document you will copy page from, and show paragraph marks and formatting symbols by clicking Home > Show / Hide . See screenshot:

2. Place cursor at the end of the specified page you will copy, and click Layout (or Page Layout) > Breaks > Continuous to insert a section break. See screenshot:

3. Select the whole page you will copy, including the section break mark you added just now. See screenshot:

4. Press Ctrl + C keys together to copy the page.

5. Create a new Word document, and press Ctrl + V keys together to paste the page.
